Judas Priest has finally unveiled some information about their long-awaited new record. According to a listing on the Judas Priest website, the band has a new record called Invincible Shield due out on March 8, 2024. One mockup of Invincible Shield appears to have Glenn Tipton listed as playing guitar on the record, which is great news – Tipton has been sidelined due to Parkinson’s for the past few years, but has been making appearances on stage when he can.
Pre-orders for Invincible Shield are available here in a dizzying array of configurations. One of which is a massive box set featuring two vinyl editions with both the regular and alternate covers, a picture disc, cassette, and a 7″ with three exclusive bonus tracks. Nothing else is known at this time, but it’s probably safe to assume that all shall be revealed very soon.
